Connect Wazent to the tools your business already uses.
Wazent supports outbound webhooks and controlled integrations for teams that need customer messaging events in their own systems.
Outbound webhooks
Send Wazent events such as new messages, broadcasts, contacts, and orders to approved HTTPS endpoints.
Secure delivery
Webhook secrets are generated per endpoint so your server can verify that events came from Wazent.
Business-first access
API-style access is enabled carefully to protect customer conversations and account security.
Available integration surface
Current integrations focus on outbound webhooks from the dashboard. Teams can configure endpoints, choose event types, test delivery, rotate secrets, and review delivery logs.
For direct API access, contact support with your use case, business name, domain, and the systems you want to connect. We review access requests before enabling deeper integrations.
Webhook requirements
Webhook endpoints must use HTTPS, respond quickly with a 2xx status code, and be controlled by your business or an approved automation provider.
Do not expose customer data to public URLs, shared test endpoints, or systems that your business does not control.
Authentication and security
Wazent signs webhook deliveries using endpoint-specific secrets. Treat those secrets like passwords and rotate them if your endpoint is compromised.
Dashboard authentication is handled through Clerk. Internal billing is processed through Paystack, and messaging is sent through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
Support
If you need an integration reviewed, include your business name, Wazent account email, endpoint domain, expected traffic volume, and the event types you need.
