Rules for using Wazent responsibly and professionally.
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Wazent, including account responsibility, WhatsApp compliance, billing, and acceptable use.
Business use
Wazent is intended for legitimate businesses managing customer conversations and WhatsApp automation.
No abuse
Spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, credential sharing, and unauthorized messaging are not allowed.
Provider rules
Your use of Wazent must also follow Meta WhatsApp, Paystack, Clerk, Resend, and other connected provider rules.
Using Wazent
By using Wazent, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business connected to the account and that information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for account activity, team access, customer messaging, connected integrations, and protecting login credentials and provider secrets.
WhatsApp messaging responsibility
You must only message customers where you have the right permission, legal basis, or consent required for your business and location.
You are responsible for message content, template submissions, broadcasts, opt-outs, and compliance with Meta WhatsApp Business policies.
Billing and plans
Paid plans, limits, renewals, and feature access are shown in the dashboard. Payments are processed through Paystack or approved payment providers.
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until billing is resolved.
Service changes
Wazent may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, provider changes, compliance, or product direction.
