Before contacting support

Check that you are using the correct Wazent account email and that your WhatsApp, Paystack, Clerk, Resend, and Meta settings match the dashboard instructions.

If you see an error, copy the exact message and include screenshots. This helps us identify whether the issue is in Wazent or a connected provider.

Priority issues

Account access, billing, broken message delivery, failed webhooks, and production WhatsApp connection issues are treated as high priority.

Mobile app installation

For Android APK installation, allow installs from your browser when prompted. If an old build is installed, uninstall it before installing the latest Wazent APK.

Security

Never send passwords, private keys, database URLs, Paystack secret keys, Meta access tokens, or Clerk secret keys by email unless support specifically gives you a secure method.
