We process account, contact, conversation, automation, broadcast, template, billing, and integration data needed to operate Wazent.

Authentication, account roles, provider secrets, and webhook security are used to reduce unauthorized access.
Customer responsibility
Businesses using Wazent are responsible for having permission to message their own customers on WhatsApp.
Information we collect
Wazent collects information you provide when creating and managing an account, including name, email address, business profile details, connected WhatsApp channel details, contacts, messages, templates, automation rules, broadcasts, billing status, and support requests.
We also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, authentication status, error logs, webhook delivery logs, and usage events needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the dashboard, mobile app, WhatsApp messaging features, automation rules, analytics, billing, notifications, support, security, and service improvements.
We do not sell customer conversation data. Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate Wazent, including hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, and messaging infrastructure.
Third-party providers
Wazent uses third-party providers such as Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Clerk, Paystack, Resend, Render, Vercel, and database or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when your data is processed through their services.
Businesses should review Meta's WhatsApp Business policies before sending customer messages through Wazent.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
