Send a verified request
Email support@wazent.com from the email address associated with your Wazent account and include your business name.
Deletion scope
We delete or anonymize account, workspace, contact, conversation, automation, and connected WhatsApp data where required.
Security review
We may verify account ownership before deletion to protect your business data from unauthorized requests.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@wazent.com with the subject "Wazent Data Deletion Request".
Use the email address connected to your Wazent account. Include your full name, business name, workspace name if available, and the WhatsApp phone number or business account you connected to Wazent.
If you cannot access the original email address, include enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the business account.
What we delete
After verifying the request, Wazent deletes or anonymizes account profile data, workspace data, contacts, conversations, messages, templates, automation settings, broadcast records, integration records, and related Meta or WhatsApp Platform Data processed through Wazent where deletion is required.
You may also disconnect Wazent from your Meta Business settings or remove the connected WhatsApp integration from the Wazent dashboard where available.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment records, abuse investigations, dispute resolution, backups, or compliance with applicable platform rules.
Data retained for these reasons is limited to what is reasonably necessary and is not used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Timing
We aim to review deletion requests promptly after receiving the required verification details.
When deletion is complete, we will confirm by email or explain if limited information must be retained for legal, security, billing, or compliance reasons.
